Default Electrical or Battery Problem?

Hey, Recently for the past couple of months for my accord(h22 and lsd transmision)
Im at a light or stopped, and I decide to play my radio the car just stalls on me, But the thing is once it does I have to wait 5-15 minutes for it to turn on. I can try to turn it on(you can hear it wanting to start) but it doesent want to turn.

I was driving on the highway and I was switching gears, 3-4 the check engine light came on for a couple of seconds and when I switch to gears it went to about 50 rpm All my warning lights poped up(check engine, oil,Ebrake, etc)
Then I turned the car off and I had to wait about 10 minutes to get it started.

On the way back I went on the highway again, I was driving with no lights then I decided to switch on my lights, And right once the lights turned on the same thing happened to me the car just turned off while I was going 130.

Is this an electrical problem or battery problem? The check engine light only started to pop up up When these situiations happened , And when I want to turn the car back on, the check engine light stays on so the car wont turn on. But if I wait 10 minutes the light will go away.
Any help?

Why haven't you gotten the battery checked if you think it might be the battery?

Then why are you even asking if it's a battery problem if you're not going to even have it tested?

Good luck with that.
