Default 95 Accord

i just bought an accord and the key wont turn in the drivers door. It does unlock from the passenger side... if i were to get a keyless entry system would that help? i found one on newegg & best buy for $15-$17 how easy is it to install?
(also i have looked for other threads about this on here and they were not much help & they were old)

Does the key fully insert? If not there may be something stuck inside the key hole. If it simply just does not turn, the door handle or door may have been replaced but the original key cylinder may not have been kept. Have you tried both the normal key and valet key?
Have you tried using any lubricants inside the cylinder to try to free it up?

A keyless system will work as it activates the power locks electrically.

I just went to check and it seems the key sticks out about an 1/8 inch on drivers side in comparison to the passengers side...I have tried both keys but have not tried any lubricants inside the cylinder yet.

so the keyless system is a go, I'll get right on that but i still want to fix the main problem. First some lubricant and if there is a bit of something in the key hole whats the best way to go about that? Just get a new cylinder and bring it to a lock smith?
thank you for your help
