Default Mystery Civic Mudflaps

In my hunt to find as many New Old Stock Civic parts I figured that I had learned about almost every style of accessory offered for the 4th gen Civics. That was until I was contacted by a dealer overseas to help ID an old set of mud flaps. According to the part number they were simply 88-91 Civic hb SH3 front flaps, however, after getting a picture sent to me I quickly realized that there were not the same as my other new sets. Up until now I had assumed that all mudflaps said "HONDA" with the exception of the 4WD wagons.

This style says "CIVIC". My guess is that perhaps they are an early style for 1988 but I may be mistaken. The same dealer also had the "HONDA" ones with the same part number. Does anyone have any info on these?

Part number shows that these are 88 DX hatch mudflaps.
Honda does weird things sometimes.

I can see and they are nice.
rare to be front mud flaps as most are rear ones.
but would be nice rear civic mudflaps. "Honda(front) civic(rear)"
also any idea what's an estimate price on getting a edm rear sir bumper shipped to USA?

They are definitely HB. I located a guy with a used set of 88' hb "CIVIC" rear flaps too.
