Default Volk TE37s - Help please

Got a question for you guys.... Can anyone confirm that these are real volk te37s.. I've spent some time researching but I'm not 100% sure.

I purchased them from a NSX owner that was going to complete a front/rear setup but he changed plans. He said they were real but I'm not 100% sure like I said.

Here are the pics. ( Don't mind the wack H caps )

But on a serious note, you might want to post in here: https://honda-tech.com/forums/showth...5#post48914395

What did you end up paying for them if you don't mind me asking?

What's really getting me is where RAYS is stamped on the back. It clearly does not say RAYS, it says RAVS

Exactly what I am noticing and thats a company that has been copying Volks.

Very easy to overlook. They are indeed light and seem like volks but I can't confirm so I wanted to get other opinions.

The seller sent me this picture of his VOLK TE37s (18s)

Mine look like this

I gave a Buddy with Konigs (CE28 replicas), they also say RAVS ENG. Looks like those are replicas.

^^That thread is useless, 100% of the people are going off of the lug holes. There are replica wheels that have offset lug holes, I know this because I had a set. On the back they said RAVS not RAYS. I'm willing to bet $100 OP's wheels are NOT real.

Here is a perfect example

Just dismount them and weigh them.

Every set of 5x114.3 te37's that I've had always have 5x100 stamped on the back, idk why...

Yeah get them weighed. If they weigh correctly, does it mean they are real? :D

They look like real TE37s that have been resprayed in an OOGLY bronze... TE37s always say 5x100.

Thanks to Chase for dismounting the tire and weighing the wheel, it appears that they are indeed Volks since the weight seems to be an exact match.

Figured I would update thread with that info unless they match the exact wheel weight now

How difficult would it be for the knock-off company to replicate a wheel with the same weight?
