Icon2 Revving While in Park (After Crash)

Hey everyone!

A few months ago I crashed the front driver's side of my 1999 Acura TL into another car.
I'm just now trying to get it fixed (It has been parked since the accident, but I've started it a few times to keep the battery from draining.)

When the car has been started, the engine will "rev" and the needle on the tachometer will continuously go up and down. (0 rpm to about 1000-2000 rpm) It stays like this whether it is in park or drive, though I haven't tried driving it.

Also, there is no "check engine" or "maintenance req'd" indicator light on the dashboard.

Here is the YouTube link for the video of the sound and tachometer.

What is the problem?
Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thank you!

it's either a vacuum leak or there is air in your cooling system.

did your radiator fracture and leak as a cause of the collision?

Does that car have a fast idle control valve ? I'd bet that's it if it does...
