Default Stance help

I just bought my Ef not to long ago and I been doing research on my own but I couldn't find the answers to some of my questions. I know I want to do koni struts on GC sleeves. Also I want Diamond Racing Wheels (pro street wheels)

I have an idea of what I want it to look like but I'm not sure one a few things

1) How wide of a wheel can I go to make it sit like this?

http://carjunkies.files.wordpress.co...103-095239.jpg

2) Now being that low how can you turn the wheel as much as it can?

3) would a 0 offset work?

Thanks
Evan

On a not hating note, those wheels in your pic are probably the 8" width and +12 offset with some 165/45/15 tires. Any tires larger will need extensive rolling/pulling of your fenders to get that low.
