Just kinda testing waters to see if I can get what I always wanted, I am honestly fine with keeping the car. The car runs very good with no problems, I drive 100 miles a day round trip for work and average about 35mpg. Would not hesitate to drive it out of state. Car has AC but no PS. Sunroof works without leaks. I have a binder full of receipts, including for the rebuild and clutch.
I am only interested in EG hatches. It must be smogged ready and I will do the same. Dont mind door dings and scruffs. I am willing to add cash

Motor:
Completely stock motor 13k on rebuild/ clutch
Custom exhaust, deleted resonator
New cat, will pass smog no problem
Suspension:
Function Form Type-1s (got them in April)
JDM Gab sports 15x6.5 +45 falken tires 80%
Interior:
Driver seat has a small rip and bolster was patched
Passenger and rear seats are pretty clean
NRG short hub
NRG 2.0 quick release
Wood grain MPH steering wheel 330mm
Curcuit hero shifter extender
S2000 AP1 shift ****
Alpine deck - IPOD cable loops to glove department
Good speakers with eclipse amp
Exterior:
Clear coner lights
Antenna delete plug
Rear wiper delete plug
Cons:
Roof oxidized
Rear bumper filler is white (plans to get it painted), Ive replaced it because the original one was bent and rusted.
Sunroof was sealed (PO solution to leaking) but now fixed, leftover sealant around sunroof
Couple small door dings/ scruffs, nothing serious. its no showcar haha
Exhaust is annoying (to me)
