fueling issue- any help would be awesome

Im on a Aeromotive 340 pump, AEM regulator, 1050 fic injectors, stock rail and lines.

base pressure is at 55psi and as it comes into boost it falls to 40psi. Any ideas? Bad regulator? fuel filter?

Those aem regulators are notorious for failure. Get a fuel lab, aeromotive, magnafuel, turbosmart regulator
