Default need help with carb problems please

Machine- 1989 Honda Shadow vt600c, dual carbs, stage 3 mains, stock pilot and slow, pod air filters, vances and hines i don't know whats.

Problem- Only firing in one cylinder at any given time.

Symptoms- Cold pipe on the front (as of right now) accompanied by a dry clean plug, Hot pipe on the rear cylinder accompanied by a black dry plug. No power, sputters and dies at 1/4 throttle.

Previous Endeavors- Ocracoke, NC from Fayetteville, NC and back 650 miles not a single hick up. 15 to 20 mile rides into town every now and then.

Things Ive already tried- Cleaned the carbs with carb cleaner and compressed air, Float adjustment to 7mm as per the manual, correctly installed Diaphragms (umbrella thing), pilot adjustments all across the board to get gas to go into the cylinder,

I was up till 3am last night trying to figure out what is going on, I'm not very well versed in carburetors but I'm trying to learn without wanting to play baseball with it. If anyone can give me any insight as to how I can get my bike back on the road it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

When did this problem start and how? Could you see through all the jets after cleaning them? You will need to clear them out with jet cleaners or a small wire.
