Default 95 civic EX overheating/leaking near water pump

The short of it:
Car's been having issues with overheating for the past year now and I started working at Dominoes in October as a delivery driver and since then my car's started to leak and overheat, sometimes going for a month or so before overheating while driving through the city but whenever I would drive to or from home (2.5 hours away) It would start to leak the rest of the coolant out and overheat again the minute I got home or back to school. The leak is coming from under the water pump cover and I'm not car savvy so I'm not sure what the hole's for but lately the car's been overheating every hour or two during work that I need to fix it now. The water/coolant comes out of the little hole in the photos.

I checked the oil and it's not milky at all. Also I've replaced the thermostat and radiator hoses. When the car's hot all of them have pressure and are warm/hot.

The water pump and timing belt were replaced at 227k miles and I bought the car two years ago when it was at 230k miles. Now it's at 245k. If anyone could help me out I'd really appreciate it because I need it for work or I'm screwed.

Sounds like the water pump to me. Especially if they didn't use OEM.

Keep overheating it though and you'll have worse issues if you don't already.

If it was bought at O'Reilly or auto zone it may be defective OEM parts always

Just so you know....your alternator will be next, Id change that waterpump asap.
An alternator is 5x the cost of the waterpump

Since you took of the water pump already why just not replace it? And don't use tap water, it's not filtered. Might have dirt and rocks or whatever I there that can cause the water pump/cooling system to go bad faster than normal

Thanks everyone for the information, I'm not sure if that hole is the water pump or part of something else that could be leaking due to a cracked head but if you all think it's the water pump then I'll try and replace it with the belt ASAP. O'Reillys has a pump and belt that I'm gonna get soon but I can't afford to get a mechanic to replace them for me so I'll try and find a guide on this website to do it myself. Thanks guys

What do you think is spraying coolant all over the alternator? That is pretty obvious in the pic.

Don't ever buy NON-Genuine Honda water pumps. They will never be the same quality as a GH unit. Fitment is a gamble as well.

OP, also, buy some new mounting bolts/screws while you're at it. Those old bolts/screws will break. They are like $2 or $3 each but it beats have them break on you when you're removing/installing the water pump.
