I need some one to tell me what code is the one in my CRX obd1 video inside

Ok I have a b16a engine with a p28 the vtec is not wired yet I am doing that tomorrow

Looks like 21, 2 long 1 short, Variable Valve Timing and Valve Lift Solenoid, check VTEC solenoid. 94
