Default Convert OBD2 ecu to OBD1 ecu- Good idea or NOT

Hey guys, I have 01 LS Auto integra that I will be putting on a REV Hard turbo kit really soon. I have always heard that Obd2 ecu can't be chipped like the obd1. I was thinking about converting my obd2 ecu to obd1 and superchipping it so I can have a rev limit of 8500. Is that a good idea? Doesn't increasing my rev limit increase my HP at the same time? Or will do this and adding a turbo have no effect on my performance? Let me know your inputs and thanks

obd2 to 1 will give you power. we did it in DCR714's R last week , just unplugged the stock and plugged in the cipped p28 and seen the power rigth away without even tuning . . .thne we tuned and totally diff story.

Uping yoru rev limiter will not do anything unless your engine makes power that hight, and a stock LS will not.
