Hey there I have a accord 02 paint is B96P Im a newbie to body work so would like some tips on what i can do.

Ive attached some pics what can i go with for the wheel well.
I have a drill with wheel brush so was thinking to first use that where the rust is (wheel well) then sand it down then use degreaser clean it all up, use primer, and then use spray can B96P.

additional info/help is appreciated.

 

Wheel well looks bit more rustier than pic shows.

 

If its bubbling its prob comming from the back side of the panal. You going to have to weld in ne metal, use kitty hair bondo and go from there. The other rust spots you need to sand down, feather the edges, epoxy primmer, sand, (maybe use a 2K primer, seal, base, clear.
