I've searched and can't find this EXACT part number. I have these fender liners part # 74151-S04-ZZ00. I'm relatively sure this is just the left hand side part number but regardless I can only find one place online that said that exact number when I googled "74151-S04-ZZ00" in quotes. They were saying they were EL fender liners, not that there is any difference between those and the Civic other than the number itself. They didn't list a source. I don't know where to search, I just want some confirmation from someone what they are actually for before they go up for sale. Thanks in advance!
