How to repaint my hood?
The paint of the hood of my car has been decaying for the past year due to it being really old and it looks like a mess. I can peel off some of the remaining residue from it and it just looks horrible. Is there any other way to do it besides getting it professionally done and to pay little money?
Sure... you can do all the work yourself.
There are many tutorials on how to paint your own car. Everything from rolling on tremclad and spray cans. Too lower budget paint gun jobs and high budget gun jobs. You get what you put into it. Ether you pay more money or you pay in your time.
If you search for roller paint job or spray bomb paint job you will find quite a few threads discussing the pros and cons. May even find a few threads on the procedures as to how each of them is done.
