yea I jsut have a dual USB Cig lighter charger... That way I can plug in whatever I want lol

 

I never use my cigarette lighter for anything but a USB plugin. And those "less permanent" jacks break to often, they are very cheaply manufactured.

Rather have the lighter outlet. Radar detector doesn't use USB.

 

I'd rather not have something that I have to wire. Mine hasn't broken yet.

 

i'm glad my radio has USB so it charges my iphone while i play music, but this is a good idea none the less..
