Hello everyone in this forum

i bought a 95 Accord that have a F22B sohc vtec engine (not F22B1 or 2 or any F22Bx it's only F22B)
the problem is that under my hood i found that many valves and sensors are not connected and left empty,
those valves are not found: Evap solenoid valve, egr vacuum control valve, egr control solenoid valve.
those valves are not connected: egr valve and lift sensor, vtec pressure switch, vtec solenoid valve.

so i asked the x-owner and i found that he changed the engine (without the ECU) and he don't know what it was but at present the engine is F22B
and with all this disconnected valves my ECU MIL lamp didn't turn on for any of this disconnected valves i checked the mil and i found that it working
the ECU number is : 37820-P0C-Y53

1-is that P0C ECU suitable for my F22B engine ??if not what is the suitable one ??
2-why my ECU cant identify disconnected valves ??
3-and what should i do to connect all valves in the right way ??
