Can a type-s exhaust fit a base model

Someone just gave me a type-s exhaust cause his car got hit. Does anybody know if and what modifications i would have to do to make it fit one my base model rsx.

The meeting area between the exhaust and cat is different. You could run a type-s header or have a muffler shop mod the exhaust to fit.

Its from the header back. will it still direct bolt up.
