Past couple days my clutch has been pretty squeaky but grabbing just fine. All of a sudden today (driving normal just giving it gas to pass someone) 4th and 5th gear locked out. Then I pulled over and started running through the gears with the car off and then on. It almost felt like I had to re learn where my gears are. None the less I can get into all forward gears (no grinding or other noise) reverse is still locked out and the positions feel odd. Like my whole plate shifted. I tried going first to revers and down the latter. Nada. Any idea what may be causing temporary or full gear lock out?

 

Broken / worn engine / transmission mounts could cause that.

 

Hope that's what it is, wish I wasn't in the middle of the woods in Michigan so I could get her up on a lift. Thanks for the response
