Default help with crx code 9 b18a1 swap.

ok guys so i have a code its throwing 9 and ecu only flashes when the engine is runing, this is a tdc sensor in distributor, i went and got an oem replacement and still nothing. its runs fine except for the ocasional stutter and bad idle, only happens about once a day and is very random, ive checked all wiring have new plugs wires and still cant figure out the problem!!

was the car originally DPFI? or mpfi(si)??

has the car been running or has this problem happened immediately after swap?

make sure the dizzy wires are hooked up properly, dx had 5 and si had 7
the extra 2 are directly related to cam/crank positioning, due to the fact that its 4 injectors instead of the factory 2(dx)

another thing idk if it has anything to do with this is car burns quite a bit of oil (1-2qts a month) and my coolant is disapearing. ive notice my overflow is always full too. even if i empty it.
