So a friend of mine is offering to sell me a TD04-11B turbo for only $75 with only 1000 miles on it and no shaft play. I know it's a really small turbo but I was wondering if anybody knows if it would be worth it? Horsepower gains? I would plan on getting a whole kit together including injectors and a new fuel pump along with a tune. My lsv is my daily driver and I really care about this car, I wouldn't want it to just blow up or waste my money. So if anybody has any input id really appreciate your help.

nope. A geo metro wouldn't be able to spool it. Your friend got $75 richer for an unit that can be best used on a go-kart.

 

Hahaha alright well thank you. I didn't buy the turbo I was just thinking about it because for only $75 bucks I figured that it couldn't hurt to ask.
