Okay, so i have a D16A6 Block.. but im to cheap to take it to re-set the valve seats, Could i use a D16Y7 Head for it?
Or should i just go buy another head? Which head will fit?

I'm unsure of this but I've been told the d16a6 head is the same as the d15b2 head. so I've read and been told. but not sure completely.

Im not sure on that one.. I know the D16Z6 Head will fit, But my trouble is.. i have a D16Y7 Head.. unused..
But i know there is 1 more.. I just couldnt remmeber which D it was though.. I thought i heard/read somewhere on here.. That any D series would work as long as it was the same year.. So 89-91.. But id like to get it confirmed before i go to the Pick and Pull.

well the common d series in USA on ef civic was either d16a6 for si hatchback. si crx . and Lx/Ex sedan. were all Obd0 MPFI 88-91 ( except 88 si hatchback as there is none.)
but the other models had d15b2 DPFI Obd0 88-91 sedan Dx . hatchback Dx and STD . and crx HF and STD (or which ever other it is.. )
those are the only ones I know of most commonly in USA.

to use the Y7 head, you will also need a Y7 timing belt and a Y7 valve cover

So i just on craigslist and im just guna go pick up some heads from the area.
All rather inexpensive. So i figured might as well get more than 1. while im out and running.
