AEM bseries fuel rail - fitment issues on jrsc manifold with RC injectors
B18C5
JRSC
AEM bseries fuel rail
RC 550cc saturated injectors
Obd1 injector clips
Oem manifold to fuel rail spacers (as specified by the jrsc install instructions)

It's too tight to get the injector clip connected.
What's wrong?

Weren't those designed to be used with stock hardware?
Seeing conflicting info. Some say it will/have fit without modification and some won't/don't. Sorry.

i had same issue with my benen FR. idk why. anyway i had to lift rail off and then put clips on then rail back on( it was snug as fuc) no leaks still going over yr later
I went out and tried this combo on our setup that's still on the engine stand and it work just fine and does not look like yours... this was using an AEM fuel rail, RC 310cc injectors (just so it would be the same, not using them with the setup) and it had tons more space then that... hell we can fit our NX direct port nitrous system rail up with no problems...
^ do you have a jrsc though?
I got it all connected tonight.
It's super tight to the clips vs the fuel rail, but it fits. Mostly.

^ you "could" always open the mounting bolt holes a small bit to allow some frot to back movment until you tighten down
