I have a Honda civic 1998, the child lock is on, central locking is working, my rear near side door won't open how can I fix it

 

won't open from the inside and the outside?? cuz that would suck!

if you can open the door (either inside or outside), then remove the door panel and see which rod has fallen off and repair or adjust it.

if you can't open the door, try removing the rear seat bottom, get the front seat out of the way, and attempt to remove the door panel. if you can't get the door panel off, you are kinda screwed cuz then you have to cut holes in the door panel to try to access bits inside the door. so yeah, don't get too crazy with that ... try everything else first before cutting your door panel apart. I would even consider removing the door hinges in order to pull the interior door panel off...
