Default Questions---Doing Headgasket on F22B1?

Hi Guys-

I am trying to do headgasket on F22B1, as you might have seen my other post that I am struggling with one of the cylinder headbolt.

Have few questions about pulling the cylinder head:

1- Do I have to remove the side engine mount to pull the head?

2- In order to remove the side engine mount, I would have to remove the Alternator first, right?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

you don't have to remove the mount.you can pull the head by sliding the timing belt off the cam. Just be sure to set the engine to tdc before you remove the head and use whiteout to mark the belt and the cam in a few places so you can slide the belt back on after

Thanks so much holmes.

I have already marked few spots on the t/b and removed the cam as well.

But there are '3' bolts on driver side engine mount which are into the head, not sure if they are into the head or block?

Because apparently it looks like they are in the cylinder head, but not sure so any help would be appreciated
