Will this steering wheel fit on my car?

I have a 95 GSR.

I need a new steering wheel cause mine is getting all funky and I saw this on ebay and it looks nice.

Will it bolt directly on? Or will I need alteration?

I emailed the seller but he's from Japan and doesn't know to much about the usdm market.

YES. Thank god someone replied. I thought this was gunna get burried. I knew somone had to know.

Hopefully I can win it for a fair price. What do you think a good price would be to bid for this?

Edit: And does anyone know if it's leather?
I need a wheel and haven't really looked around yet. I'm feeling 200ish would be nice for a new wheel.
