Default Tires stick out after rear disc conversion, will rolling fender lip be enough?

I have a 90 Si hatch, put rear trailing arms from a 92 integra on. Now the rear tires stick out a little which causes a rub on hard corners and when I have people in the back seat. Has anyone else had this problem? Does rolling the lip inside the fenders provide enough clearance? Is it the trailing arms that are causing the tires to stick out or is it the disc spindles?

What size of wheels and tires are on your car?

depends on the wheels you have, I had to roll my fenders a bit when I did the swap. I have 15x7 +42 offset wheels and rolling the lip in did the trick for me.
