doing one all morning have it all in now but the headlights are sticking out a tiny bit there not sitting right and its driven me mental< anyone any idea? its all coming off again after workjust wondering have i missed something

 

your not using the correct radiator support... for it to fit correctly it must be replaced

 

make/model, could you give any less information?
