WTB: JDM 98+ Spec ITR TRANNY or Spoon Trany.
I need a JDM 98+ ITR Trans. Brand New if you got it. Used okay as long as you are sure there is not grings or problems or you let me take it to a shop for tear down and inspect.
Or a NEW Spoon Sports B series Trans would be nice.
Anyone got one for sale?

Hey you guys,
I've check with spoon, they discontinue the Tranny for all B-Series until further notice. So i won't be able to get the spoon Tranny. They say they had probelms with it.
Thanks
David

No problems HONDA just no longer makes B series motors so all gone.
you would think they would contract someone to build stronger/ lighter casing with honda gears or super short gears..or maybe a 6th gear tranny... =P..just get a 97 spec and drop a 98+ FD in there it will actually be a tigter tranny since the 97 spec had the USDM(97-01)/JDM(97) ITR 4th and 5th gear
talked to Honda and they are saing the B Series engines are continued 10 years after the last model rolls out from the factrory. That means the B18C5 is available till 2011
I got a JDM 98spec Spoon built tranny for sale.
Used 3000kms... then I sold the motor in the 5th gen hatch....tranny has been sitting around since summer.
Throw me a reasonable offer....I intended to use it for another car, but now....whatever.....
