F/S: B20b ITR High Comp block!!

B20b Short Block ONLY.
Hot tanked.
Honed.
Sonar checked the sleeves for stress cracks, none were present.
HMO stamped.
Block has never been decked, it's perfect.
Block has never been painted.
Specs:
ITR 84mm Pistons w/ Oem Honda Rings.
Balanced rotating assembly:
[Crank blanced to 0g.
Pistons balanced to 430g w/wrist pins and rings.
Oem Rods balanced to 523g w/ARP Rod Bolts.
Pulley balanced to 0g.]
New Standard main/rod Bearings and thrust washer.
8mm ARP rod bolts.
'01 JDM ITR Oem Honda oil pump.
Oem B20 water pump.
Blackworks sandwich plate.
Assembled with Lucas Assembly lube to prevent a dry start.
Block will not come with an oil pan, I have one I can throw in but it's not in the greatest condition.
Compression ratios:
If used with a B16/Type R Head: 11.5:1-11.7:1.
If used with a GS-R Head: 11.8:1-12.1:1.
(C/R range is based from a stock cylinder head to a head that has been resurfaced)
Block is fresh off the rebuild/build.
Rotates with minimal hand force, as with any great build.
Block has no oil pan as previously mentioned so it can be inspected by the customer.

who built the block? what the specs on the ring gaps? specs on bearing clearances? does the block have any machine work done to it? brand new pistons? All threads on block are good- none damaged?

Block was built by me, sold plenty of blocks here on H-T.
Top 0.20~.30, second .25-.45., bottom skinny .2-.6.
Plasti showed Bearing clearance was .0016 which is why Oem spec bearings were used.
Only machine work done was hot tanking and honing, only damage is 1 bolt for the water pump is broken off, if I find my bolt extractor before someone picks it up it'll be removed and replaced.
