BUmp! But guess what I bought these caps and this guy said if they weren't the right size, I could sent the caps back and get a refund. I sent the caps back, he's received them, and now won't PAYPAL me my $175.00 refund back. I have delivery confirmation with USPS. It sucks cause this guy had a ton of good vouches and 10000 goods can be ruined by 1 transaction. I'm filing a Paypal claim in the morning.
