I have a 4wd wagovan auto. I was driving the car and my buddy was getting something out of the back seat and his elbow pushed the shifter into reverse while driving 35-40mph. Car jolted bad and heard tires squealing. I put it back in drive asap but the damage is done.
Now the car drives fine besides a loud tick above 10mph and at any speed in reverse. It sounds like an cv joint clicking but i know its not that something inside the tranny. It does not make the noise consistant with rpm in park or nuetral only when the car is moving in gear it makes the loud clicking noise.
Any ideas of what it may be? Toasted rt4wd tranny? Thanks honda-tech !!!!!
