I Have a 2001 Prelude that I'm getting code P0401 which is low flow at EGR, I've removed and cleaned the EGR and its hoses but still getting the code. I could use some advice as to my next steps.

 

You need to clean the ports not the hoses. This will involve backing the intake manifold off(or removing it completely for better cleaner results) and buying a set of egr plugs and a slidehammer and cleaning out the ports)

should be a sticky in the faq's on how to do this as well as videos on youtube...just youtube search "honda egr port cleaning"
