my 97 civic lx drives but changes gears real rough or doesnt change gears at all and sometimes when parked i put the car in drive or reverse and it doesnt want to move could this be the tcm? i got codes p0700 from autozone when i had then scan it

 

update: when i checked the codes myself i also got 3 random misfires and mainshaft speed sensor....
