honda accord 1996 bucking or "shuterring"
Hi guys i have a weird problem with my honda. When i am cruising in my honda the car tends to buck or kinda "shutter" if you can understand me. The revolutions fluctuate when the AC is on as well. It has happen before but now its getting pretty bad. The car runs fine but while i accelerate the car kinda bucks. I was checking online and they say that the tps sensor could be bad. But, there is no check engine code or anything and i already cleaned the egr passages. Any suggestions on what can cause this? It doesnt feel like if its missing. It feels like its not getting enough air. I also cleaned the IAC valve not too long ago.
If it doesn't buck at idle, and doesn't buck or miss under WOT, and there is some mileage on the car, then it most likely may be that the EGR ports are clogged.
Check the FAQ at the top of the page on how to clean them out. Fairly simple on the 94-97s.

It looks like you're saying you're going to clean the ports. To confirm before you clean em out you can pull the egr valve connector to purposely make it throw an egr check engine code. When the car throws the egr check engine code it will purposely not enable egr function and if your issues go away you know it's egr related.
