when I go more than 10 mph and eventually make a right turn or so, I hear a chirping noise. I checked the power steering fluid and that checks out. I did have my rack and pinion replaced last winter. Maybe something with the axles?

 

Sometimes the CV's will click when worn out.

 

When i turn left i hear my right cv axle click lol

 

My drivers side axle has been shat since I converted to manual. I honestly just need to buy two new remans. Well, along with a TON of poly suspension parts..

 

Replace both cv joints.

 

If it's really a chirping it could be your power steering belt. On the longest side of the power steering belt, in the middle of it, twist it with your fingers. You should only be able to twist it 90 degrees. If you can twist it more you need to adjust it tighter.
