Just got a recall notice in for my VSA on the 2005 Pilot. The recall says there is a possibility of a damaged capacitor during manufacturing, so they will replace a sub-harness. Unless the VSA unit is part of the sub-harness, I don't see how that will "replace" the capacitor.

Has anyone had this done yet?

This is done to prevent damage. They inspect it upon replacing the sub-harness. If anything is deemed damaged upon inspection, the dealer should have a Honda representative examine the vehicle and replace the part if need be.

I attached the recall document from ISIS.

Thanks for the info. Looks like the only tricky part is them not breaking the release tabs on the harness.
