My main. reqd light was blinking and now it is staying on. I know service is need on certain mileage intervals. My car is blinking at 95k now and I was wondering what is normally involved in this service if I were to take it to a Honda Service Shop

 

it should say in your owner manual. you're gettin pretty close to timing belt and water pump. other minor stuff: check valves, rotate tires, check fluids, change oil, blah blah blah.

 

timing belt was and should be done around 80k. yea i already took care of both of those.

 

The main. light blinks every 7500 miles (oil change) and then stays on until you reset it. After you reset it, it will blink in 7500 miles.

 

the maint reg. light can be easily removed. under your dash theres a button just push it and hold it. the light will go away. but if you haven't changed your oil do so.
