Default 3 tranny plugs. Which is the fill and which is the drain plug?

I just noticed there are 3 plugs on the manual tranny of my 1994 Honda accord.

I realized the one I originally thought was the drain plug (thin one on the ground which uses a 1/2 ratchet to remove) couldnt possibly be the real drain plug because it is to high on the tranny.
There is one more to the left of the one I thought was the drain plug (larger one in pic which uses a 17mm wrench to remove) which is about 2 inch higher on the other side. One of them is the fill plug but which one?. And then what is the other one for?.

Also there is the third one that you can see in the pic (uses a 1/2 inch ratchet to remove) which I haven't removed yet. I am now thinking that one is the drain plug.

Please help. I need to know which is which so I can take the drain and fill plugs in to get new crush washers because I am changing the tranny fluid tomorrow.

The one you haven't removed yet is the drain plug. The one with the stripped 17mm head is the fill plug, the other one is an access plug for the countershaft snap ring.

Okay. Got the drain plug out and will be taking it and the fill plug in tomorrow so I get the right size crush washers. But is their a trick to get the old ones off?.

I thought they would just pull right off like regular washers but no luck.

hold the washer with a pair of pliers and unscrew the bolt out of the washer.

They're supposed to just slide off, but of they've been reused a bunch of times they've been squeezed enough that they wont.
