1990 hf with b16 ebay turbo kit obd0 to obd1 right now we are running stock obd0 injectors with resister box. doubled checked all injector wires back to the ecu they are good main relay clicks we are getting 42 psi at the rail. it runs when we spray crab cleaning in tb. not sure what else to look for.the ecu,injectors, resister box, jumper harrness are known good parts i have the same set up in my ef sedan minus the turbo kit lol.

Having the same issue on a b16a Rex. Drove fine today then parked and changed fuel filter an now I have good pressure at the rail but the injectors aren't spraying/pulsing when started.

 

i was working on the crx last night and i have fuel pressure and spark but i have no fuel pulse... what controls fuel pulse? i tryed swapping out the ecu for a known good one.

 

i got it running last night... it was the dizzy wiring
