Default Ride height vs. front toe vs. camber

I just got a set of progress coilovers and im researching what setup/ride height i will run.

I know that at some point the steering rack tie rod ends cannot be threaded any further inward and will prevent you from being able to set proper toe at desired camber. Could someone who has dealt with this tradeoff chime in and let me know whats the relationship between these settings?

I am trying to lower the car approximately 2 inches in the front and run 2 degrees of camber while not modifying my steering rack. Is this possible?

you have more than enough, a 2" drop still keeps your rack functional.
