The cause is that the number 2 cylinder is no longer firing.
Include more detail I'm not sure what your getting at. The car dies. Does it stutter and die slowly? Or just instantly

It dies when I take off the spark wire out of the spark plug. When its not doing any contact. Also it only dies when I take the spark plug wire on that Cil. (#2)

you are going to burn up your coil doing that, with the car off you need to ground the wire from that cylinder then see if it makes a difference when you start it, a grounded wire won't hurt the coil, but an open circuit will
Ground the spark plug wire, how? Can you give me a lil bit of more details of how to do that thanks

Um clip it to something metal, other then anything with fuel in it, an open circuit with the coil can build up much higher voltage then normal in the windings and can destroy the coil
