So I have an 91 ef hatch. It has an ls swap. And a b16 tranny. Do I just get em1 axles? I think I already got the passenger side in but I'm having trouble with the driver side. Do I get another passenger axle off an em1? Please any help would work. Thanks.

 

It depend on what half shaft your using.

 

What would be the proper half shaft and axle? I'd rather just buy a new half shaft to get the right axle for sure.

 

You should be using DA axles 90-91. If you have a standard model civic you'll need to do something else to get it to work.

 

Use DA axles and halfshaft for proper lenght and to avoid binding. Cant use B axles in STD EF hubs.

 

OP, what trim level is your ef?

What knuckles are you using?

 

I am running da axlez but I have a ls ys1.

I'll try da axles. I took off the old axles and didnt count the splines or anything before getting rid of them. I should've kept them.

 

Da axles should work fine for u.

 

The passenger side axle is from an em1 and it fits fine.
