Default D16Y7 to D16Z6 mini me swap

Okay so I want to put my d16z6 head i had laying around in my stock automatic 1998 civic DX, keeping it auto for now. I need a full list of parts I'll need, I've never done a swap like this so bare with me.

I currently have:
D16z6 Head/Cam Gear/head gasket,

P28 Automatic ECU
What else do I need?

What is the easiest path to this swap?

Any help would be nice!

You need to hit the back button after you read this. Look up to the posts in gray at the top. Click on teh link that says "Frequently Asked (Tech) Questions" and look for the links that pertains to swaps.
