Grinding and Shaking when Driving at Slow Speeds- 1999 Civic LX
Hey,
When I put my civic in drive and advance forward slowly I get a hard shaking and a grinding, metal-on-metal noise. No problems when going in reverse. Any ideas?

Sounds like your tranny is screwed.
Drain some of the fluid and see if there are metal shaving in there.
If not you could also check all your CVs and stuff attached to the axle to make sure nothing is worn out and grinding.
