usdm v jdm
what is the difference between the us and jdm type r body panels?
obviously the front end is different but are side skirts/spoiler the same or different?
I have a full RHD front end conversion with b18c and lsd trans but im not sure if usdm skirts and wing are the same,
when I have everything needed I will start a build thread on my JDM ITR clone
any help or advise would be much appreciated, thanks!

IIRC it was an option delete for the Japanese market, though it seems vanishingly few went for the rear wiper option. I've never seen one anyway. I've seen a few JDM imports(to Ireland and the UK) in my time and even the ones with all the options boxes ticked I never saw the rear wiper.
The rear wing is the exact same and I would say the skirts are the same too. The USDM is very similar to the E(European) and UKDM and I can tell you they're the same as the JDM. It's all about the front end. On the outside anyway. Interior wise it gets a little more variable. The EDM got the Recaros and the titanium shift **** among other things. There are other little differences like the EDM got a wooden(heavy) panel that goes over the spare wheel, while the JDM got some light and flimsy plastic thingy.
TL;DR? If you wanna build a "proper" JDM out of a USDM, swap the front end, change the wheels(inc steering) and then look to the interior and go RHD, but the latter means you're gonna be guessing a lot overtaking...
