Retro fit Guage cluster swap 95 obd1 - typer 98-99 cluster

Is that a direct plug in a 98 integ cluster into a 95 integ w/ obd1 wiring?

did a search and came up with nuithin

JUST melt a huge spool of Solder then pour on the whole circuit board, something's gotta work.

if not dip the cluster in water , thats like obdII - OBDI CONVERSION free
