Is it the plastic sets that go under the corners of the bumper in front of the wheels?

Nah they're too far back by the looks of it, they seem to go just below and inside the suspension bulkheads

Don't quote me, but those look like where the torque mounts go.

Scratch that. Maybe further back near the jack points?

11, 12, and 14 looks like its the suspension bulkhead if i'm not mistaken.
32 is the Firewall
18 looks, when compared to the physical photo, to be the framing just below the suspension bulkhead, which would make #1 something attached there.
So maybe yeah, torque mounts or some kind of axle system mount.
I'll see if I can see something like this in my bay at lunch if this isn't solved in a few hours

Actually yeah I missed that, looks exactly like the pinched metal framing.
OP can you get an under-car photo and see if that looks right?

Now that I recall correctly, that's almost certainly what it is.
"Outrigging" on a big-rig or large utility truck is the term for a jacking point or a stabilizer when using a boom, so a jack point is almost certainly what that is

Op- look closely @ your 1st green paint pic. Now look where the subframe for the steering/suspension bolts to body. The green/black pic is the almost the perfect angle as the diagram. These are sections 1&5, I'm certain of it. What would be the subframe "rails" (if you will) start here @ the bottom of the firewall. Yep, jackstands also go on outer section of this piece.
