Rattle/clunking from front end replaced and checked stuff still no luck
I have. 95 civic coupe dx. Has manual steering. I have just replaced innner and outer tie rods, upper and lower ball joints, both cv axles, both front wheel bearings, two new front tires and it all aligned. Still making a rattle or clunk somewhere. The rack bushings look ok. It's pissing me off really bad!!
Check your sway bar endlinks. They are pretty cheap and easy to replace, I had the same problem on my Teg and that was what was wrong.
Check the struts? Does it happen when you hit a bump or when you turn the wheel or what? We need more specifics.
I had to replace my lower control arm bushings after they got old and dry rotted, so I opted for the HardRace bushings. The old ones made very loud clunking/banging sounds when turning the wheel either way.

It doesn't even have a sway bar lol. It happens going over any bump at all no matter how minor. The control arm bushings are old but not gone.
