Default Middle of tire getting shredded

I dropped my car down on Koni yellows with ground controls after being on eBay sleeves for three years... But now my front drivers side is getting shredded. I think it is rubbing somewhere... Cuz my fender liner is gone and there is some metal exposed.. I look on both sides and they look fine, there is no metal that had any signs of rubber or anything.. Anyone have experience with this and can possibly help me eliminate this rubbing? It mainly happens when I go fast through a dip I hear something hit my tire ad immediately I hear a small piece of rubber flap against my fender... Anything helps guys!

How to read Tire Wear.
Your car is too low. Raise it up and get an alignment. Your spring rates are probably too soft for the ride height you are at.

You sure I need an alignment? There is no other tire wear except that... I am a heavy guy and the left tire is hitting somewhere.. I will raise it up for sure though.

Did you get it aligned when you lowered it? When you change the ride height again you'll need to get one.
How low is the car?
What spring rates?

take off your tire and look in your wheel well

that strip of metal in the wheel well below the harness, cut some lines in it and beat it flat against the well with a hammer

This sounds like what I need to do. Cuz when I hit a fat dip I hear something hit my tire... Is it the long piece of thin metal that is like right above the tire basically?

jeez is critical thinking non-existent these days?

if there's nothing else in the wheel well except that strip of metal that's in the same general area of where your tire is being shredded, what else could it possibly be?
